Poetry: Hummingbird
your beauty and grace.
Your feathers seem
delicate as lace.
You sip your nectar
from a trumpet-vine flower
that grows around
a tall stone tower.
Your colorful beauty
stunning to behold
whispers to all
of the spirit untold.
The picture is sadly not my own. I got it from pinterest, I don't happen to have any hummingbird pictures. I'll have to try to get one next summer. Also, this here was my second poem. Enjoy!
